Dress Code:

Our dress code is established to promote learning and unity within a class. All students will be required to wear proper dance attire.

Our in studio dancewear store, Spotlight Dancewear carries a full line of clothing, tights and dance shoes.

For all classes, hair must be secured, up, and away from face and neck.

Ballet students are required to wear a bun for Ballet class plus pink footed tights, pink leather ballet shoes and class leotard.

MODERN: Black or solid color leotard, black jazz pants or dance shorts, bare feet

ACROBATICS: Black or solid color leotard, dance shorts, bare feet

MUSICAL THEATER: Black or solid color leotard, jazz pants or dance short, black jazz shoes

HIP HOP: Comfortable large clothes, clean gym shoes

Performance:

An annual end of year production Défilé [day-fee-LAY] means “parade or procession of dancers”, involves most classes. This gives the students, parents and public an opportunity to observe the total curriculum.

A production fee will be due in January per applicable class.

Défilé uses class dress code and has minimal costuming which affords students to participate.
